Installation Time & Care Instructions
- Approx. 20 minutes.
⚠︎ Be aware of the edges on all sheet metal components and take extra care during handling.
⚠︎ Ensure that the area where the load will be installed is free from any obstructions.
- Torque all M8 fasteners to 28.4 Nm.
- The fitment of the ammo box rack will require two people.
Fitment Steps
Step 1
- Choose the desired orientation of the slider. The slider can either open to the left-or-right hand side of the canopy.
- For the 40% slider, slide 4 x M8 x 20 hexagonal screws into each side of the ammo box rack. Fig. 2.2.1
- For the 60% slider, slide 6 x M8 x 20 hexagonal screws into each side of the ammo box rack. Fig. 2.2.2
Step 2
- Fit the complete slider assembly over the previously installed M8 screws by locating the slots at the lower end of the brackets as per the illustration. Ensure that the slider is facing the correct direction. Fig. 2.3.1
- Secure all the screws with 1 x M8 flat washer and 1 x M8 nyloc nut. Fig. 2.3.2
Step 3
Placing a 40% slider and 60% slider next to another.
- A 40% slider and 60% slider can be placed next to another by ensuring that both sliders are positioned correctly as follows:
Step 4
- You have now successfully completed the fitment of your Rhinoman ammo box rack slider.
- Confirm that all the fitment screws have been properly tightened one last time.
- Be sure to check at least bi-monthly that all the screws are still properly tightened.
