Fitment Steps
Step 1
Unpack all components and hardware from packaging: ensure that everything is accounted for as indicated above.
Step 2
Remove any cab guards, roll bar, tonneau cover, sports bar etc. from vehicle.
Step 3
Prior to loading the canopy for fitment, ensure that the rear cab window of the vehicle is clean.
Fit the canopy to the loading bin, align & space evenly.
Ensure that the canopy is on its maximum position to the front. This can be verified by the cavity in the front panel, which will bottom out against the remainder of the roll bar section.
Identify the bolt position in the front & rear section of the canopy as illustrated. Ensure that these marks will be more or less in the middle of the load box edge.
Drill a Ø9 hole into the canopy through the load box (Ø5mm pilot hole recommended for accuracy) NOTE: XP models will have pre-drilled fitment holes. Use the pre-drilled hole positions form marking on the load box.
Step 4
Secure the canopy to the load box edges using the bolts supplied, tighten the bolts to secure the two surfaces firmly.
Step 5
Trim sealing rubber on tailgate with knife or scissors.
Check again for alignment of canopy on sides of loading bin.
Check all bolts one final time.
