Installation Time & Care Instructions
- Approx. 20 minutes.
⚠︎ Be aware of the edges on all sheet metal components and take extra care during handling.
⚠︎ Ensure that the area where the table hanger will be installed is free from any obstructions.

- Torque all M6 fasteners to 10.5Nm.
Fitment Steps
Step 1
- 50% Utilities only accommodates for a fitment in the center of the utility.
- 100% utilities accommodates a fitment of either left-or-right hand side of the utility.
- Familiarize yourself with the fastening points, to ensure that the correct pre-cut hole positions in the utility will be utilized. Fig. 2.2.1
- Locate the correct pre-cut holes, then remove the press out pieces.
Step 2
- Prior to placing the drawer unit into the utility unit, open the bottom shelf completely to access fastening point A, insert 1 x M6x16 and 1 x M6 Flat washer in both fastening point A’s as indicated in Fig. 2.3.1
- Place the drawer unit into the utility unit, with the pre-fit M6 screws locating into the utility’s fastening point A. Fig. 2.3.2
- From the outside of the utility’s rear panel, insert 1 x M6 x 20 button head screw and 1 x M6 flat washer into both fastening point B’s. Fig. 2.3.3
- Returning to fastening points A, secure both M6 x 16 button head screws with 1 x M6 Flat washer and 1 x M6 nyloc nut each. Fig. 2.3.4
Step 3
- Repeat step 2 for multiple drawer unit installations.
- Multiple drawers can only be installed in a 100% utility unit.
Step 4
- You have now successfully completed the assembly and fitment of your Rhinoman utility drawer.
- Confirm that all the fitment screws have been properly tightened one last time.
- Be sure to check at least bi-monthly that all the screws are still properly tightened.
